Middle School Youth Ministry
The Divine Child Middle School Youth Ministry program is open to all youth in grades 6-8. This ministry meets approximately twice a month, usually on Friday evenings, in the elementary school multi-purpose room from 6:00 - 7:30 PM. During meetings, the youth explore their Catholic faith in fun, creative ways based on a liturgical theme. Once a month, the youth join other middle school youth from the Metro Detroit area in events such as a hayride, cosmic bowling, roller skating, and much more. These larger group activities are coordinated and sponsored by C.Y.T. (Christian Youth Trek) and chaperoned by volunteer parents.
